Cancellation Policy

 

• All paperwork must be agreed to and signed at time of payment.  Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the trip.
• Trips cancelled due to extreme weather will be offered a full refund or a trip of similar value
• 50% deposit at time trip is booked.
• Payment in full required 3 days prior to trip
• Refunds after that point are up to the discretion of the guide.
• Late arrivals may result in loss of payment and cancellation of hike.
• Guides at The Scenic Route are trained, licensed professionals.  If at any time the guide feels conditions make it necessary to end the trip prematurely, it is left up to the guides discretion.
